Premium, ingredient-driven Korean home cooking,
plant-based at its core,
designed for families with mixed diets
and long-term health in mind.

HOW WE WORK

In-home cooking visits are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, with menus thoughtfully customized to your household and dietary needs.

Each visit includes a freshly prepared, complete Korean dinner cooked on the day of service.

Additional dishes are prepared alongside the main meal and portioned, labeled, and stored for easy enjoyment in the days that follow.

Korean Home Meal Structure

Kimchi 김치 (Seasonal & Prepared Each Visit)

Kimchi is included with every meal plan and selected or prepared at each visit using seasonal vegetables and thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Different styles of kimchi are introduced throughout the year and may be made in vegan or traditional versions, depending on household preference and balance with the rest of the menu.

Banchan 반찬 (Korean Side Dishes, Seasonal Vegetables)

A rotating selection of 3-4 seasonal vegetable banchan, prepared to complement the kimchi and overall meal.

Banchan change regularly based on seasonality, availability, and household needs, and are designed to be nourishing, balanced, and gentle.

Rice ë°¥ (Customized)

Rice is prepared using Korean home-style methods, incorporating white rice, mixed beans, and carefully selected ancient grains, tailored to each household’s dietary needs and taste.

Soup or Stew êµ, 찌개 (Rotates Weekly)

Representative soups and stews rotate weekly and seasonally, with one selected to complement the overall meal.

Dishes may include:

(Kongnamul-guk) -soybean sprout soup
(Miyeok-guk) -seaweed soup
(Doenjang-jjigae) -soybean paste stew
(Kimchi-jjigae) -kimchi stew

Yori 요리 (Main Dish & Alternate Meal Structure)

Depending on the balance of the meal, a yori (main dish) may be included.
Some meals lean toward a wider selection of banchan, while others feature a heartier yori, with the table adjusted accordingly.

Upon request, the meal may also be prepared as a standalone Korean comfort dish served with kimchi, instead of the usual rice, soup, and banchan combination.

Dishes may include:

(Japchae) -glass noodles with vegetables

(Mandu) -dumplings

(Jeon) -savory pan-fried dishes

(Bibimbap) -mixed rice bowl with seasoned vegetables and optional protein

(Jajangmyeon) -noodles in black bean sauce, prepared gently and balanced for home-style eating

Korean Healing Tea Pairing 차

Meals may be paired with gentle Korean teas such as Bori-cha, Hyeonmi-cha, Daechu-cha, or mild Saenggang-cha, served hot or cold depending on the season and selected to support warmth, digestion, and balance.

Optional Meat Dish 고기 (By Request)

Plant-based meals are designed to be complete and satisfying on their own.

For households that prefer it, a thoughtfully prepared Korean meat dish may be added upon request.
Because meat dishes require additional planning and preparation, this option is offered at an additional charge.
